YOUR VOICE STILL BELONGS TO YOU

You were made
to be heard.

Life may have quieted your voice.
It doesn’t get the final word.

Reclaim your voice. Own your story. Awaken your courage. Rise & Roar. A faith-rooted practice framework for clearer expression, at your pace.

Start gently. Go at your pace. Every voice belongs.

FAITH. COURAGE. EXPRESSION.IT STARTS WITH A ROAR.

FOR THE PART OF YOU THAT WENT QUIET

Your story isn’t over.
Neither is your voice.

Maybe you learned that being heard wasn’t safe. Maybe a relationship, a diagnosis, a workplace, or a culture taught you to shrink. Maybe you’re only now finding words for what you’ve lived.

You don’t have to explain everything to begin. Here, a roar can be a boundary. A prayer. A song. An honest sentence. Even the decision to try again.

A FATHER. HIS CHILDREN. A SIMPLE ROAR.

“Let me hear
you roar.”

Joshua Fleming noticed something while playing with his children. A quack. A moo. A bark. Then a lion’s roar—and sometimes, the whole mood changed.

For a father who knew what it felt like to lose his own voice, those moments meant something. About fifteen years ago, in prayer, the idea for this project began to take shape.

A personal experience that inspired a question—not a clinical claim.

An honest look at the science.

Stress can affect breathing and voice tension. That doesn’t mean trauma is stored in your vocal cords—or that louder is more healing. Let’s explore what the evidence actually says.
