The five-day learning plan

One useful takeaway each day.

Day 1 · Reclaim — Your voice still belongs to you

Choose a pause and turn one ordinary need into a specific request.

Take home: A mini Personal Voice Plan.

Optional homework: Express one preference or rehearse it privately.

Day 2 · Own — Your story. Your boundaries.

Separate selected facts from interpretation and decide what remains private.

Take home: A Private Story Map.

Optional homework: Write a chosen three-sentence summary.

Day 3 · Awaken — Courage you can practice

Distinguish a request from a boundary and rehearse ordinary disagreement.

Take home: A boundary and pause script.

Optional homework: Use it in an appropriate setting or practice privately.

Day 4 · Rise — A direction you can test

Choose a small experiment, a realistic limit, and an if–then action.

Take home: A first Next-Step Plan.

Optional homework: Draft one inquiry or prepare the small test.

Day 5 · Integrate — Carry your ROAR forward

Organize a short message, receive optional feedback, and choose a revision.

Take home: A revised message and seven-day plan.

Optional homework: Begin your chosen follow-through route.

Inside a planned 75-minute session: a short explanation, a demonstration, individual preparation, a break, optional paired or equivalent private practice, feedback, and a next step. A live delivery schedule will be confirmed before enrollment.
Is this your starting point?

Choose the setting that fits you.

You want a shorter introduction with guided practice before committing to a longer format.

Come with an ordinary communication goal: express a preference, make a request, set a boundary, share a selected message, or test a meaningful direction.

What this offer is not

This is not a complete 30-day experience, therapy, a professional certification, or a requirement to share your history.

Progress is not measured by loudness, disclosure, a personality label, or someone else’s reaction.

See the kind of practice we mean

Clearer, not louder.

“Please post the weekly status in the shared note by Tuesday at noon.”

A specific request, compared with “We need better updates.”
Questions before you begin

Know what you are choosing.

Is enrollment open?

Not yet. These are planned programs based on the version-one ROAR curriculum. Dates, price, final delivery details, and enrollment terms will be provided before you are asked to pay.

Are recordings included?

Recording availability and access periods have not been finalized. The curriculum’s delivery plan separates teaching from private or participant practice; no recording is promised by joining the interest list.

Do I have to speak in front of the group?

The curriculum includes private and written practice as alternatives to paired or group speaking. You can choose what to share. Final access arrangements for a particular event will be published before enrollment.

Is this therapy or trauma treatment?

No. ROAR is an educational and coaching practice framework. It does not diagnose or treat trauma, mental illness, or voice disorders, and it does not promise a clinical outcome.

Does the program require shouting?

No. ROAR is a metaphor for expression and action—not a loudness test. The curriculum uses ordinary communication, with no required screaming, forced disclosure, or pushing through discomfort.

Is the program Christian?

Joshua’s Christian faith is part of the brand and the book. The curriculum contains clearly identified, optional Scripture reflections. Prayer, testimony, and agreement with a belief are not required participation tasks.

Do I need the book or another ROAR program first?

No. Start with the format that fits. The planned book provides the story and context; the programs and workbook provide practical exercises. The comparison page explains the differences.
