YOUR VOICE REFLECTION

You set the pace.

This is a private coaching reflection for adults, not a medical assessment. Take what is useful and skip what is not.

Your information stays with you.

Answers are held only in this page’s memory. No account or email is needed. Nothing is submitted automatically. At the end, you can optionally send a limited summary to Joshua for follow-up.

You can download a summary at the end and decide whether to share it yourself. Sensitive life, family, and wellness responses are excluded from the download unless you opt in.

Before you begin

  • Plan for about 15–25 minutes if you answer every prompt.
  • Skip any question or section. There is no trauma severity score.
  • The DISC-style section is an original, informal coaching tool. It cannot diagnose or determine a fixed personality type.
  • If a question feels uncomfortable, stop. You never have to describe abuse or list medications.

Read our privacy information before starting. Children can enjoy the public resources with a caregiver; this questionnaire is for adults.
