Day 1, 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.: Reclaim and Own. Day 2, 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.: Awaken and Rise.
Both days include breaks and lunch time. The shorter version reduces repetitions, not participation choices or support. The format offered for a particular retreat will be confirmed before enrollment.
Guided exercises, private or chosen paired practice, useful feedback, four take-home plans, and a first-week route are described in the curriculum.
Dates, location, staff, accessibility, materials, meals, lodging, travel, price, and cancellation arrangements still need confirmation. None is secured by this interest request.
Please do not book travel or assume a place is reserved. Review the final offer and its practical arrangements first.

Those arrangements are not confirmed. The final offer will clearly state the venue, accessibility arrangements, inclusions, exclusions, price, and cancellation terms. Joining an interest list is not a booking.
The curriculum includes private and written practice as alternatives to paired or group speaking. You can choose what to share. Final access arrangements for a particular event will be published before enrollment.

Joshua’s Christian faith is part of the brand and the book. The curriculum contains clearly identified, optional Scripture reflections. Prayer, testimony, and agreement with a belief are not required participation tasks.
No. Start with the format that fits. The planned book provides the story and context; the programs and workbook provide practical exercises. The comparison page explains the differences.
You can start with any format. They share the same four tools; the difference is the schedule and setting.
