If you need help right now
This website is not monitored for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or a trusted person who can help you reach urgent support. Do not rely on a questionnaire response to alert someone.
For trauma or mental health concerns
A qualified, licensed mental health professional can help assess your needs and discuss appropriate care. You can ask about trauma training, treatment options, accessibility, privacy, and whether faith can be included in a way that respects your preferences.

For changes in your voice
Persistent hoarseness, pain, or changes that concern you warrant evaluation by a qualified health professional. An ear, nose, and throat clinician and a speech-language pathologist may be appropriate resources. Do not assume a voice symptom is caused by trauma.
For neurodivergence questions
Seek a qualified professional with relevant experience if you want an assessment or individualized support. This site’s personality and communication prompts cannot identify autism, ADHD, or another condition.
For coaching goals
Coaching can focus on communication goals, values, planning, and practical next steps. Ask what a coach is qualified to provide and when they would refer you to someone else. You can decline a practice or stop a conversation at any point.
