The questionnaire runs in your browser. Nothing is submitted automatically. At the end, you may explicitly send Joshua your contact information and a limited summary: four DISC-style averages and answered-item counts, your goal, preferred next step, communication format, and comfort level. Other questionnaire answers, including trauma, identity, family, and wellness responses, are excluded. Public use needs no account.

Answers are held in the page’s working memory, not saved by the site in browser storage. Use “Clear my reflection” to remove them before leaving a shared device. Refreshing the page starts a new reflection. Your browser or device may have its own recovery, history, screenshot, extension, or accessibility features outside this site’s control.

The download is created on your device. Sensitive responses about experiences, identity, family, and wellness are excluded unless you choose to include them. You control whether you later share a file. Clearing the reflection cannot delete a file you downloaded, printed, backed up, or sent to someone.

UTM campaign parameters in an incoming link are kept in session storage for that browser tab. They are added to internal navigation and approved links to JoshuaTFleming.com and LocalDigitalBuzz.com (including its Hive subdomain) so campaign context can continue. An explicitly tagged destination keeps its own campaign values. Download links and research links do not receive these parameters. If browser storage is unavailable, the current page’s campaign values can still continue through its links. Questionnaire answers are never added to URLs. Do not put personal or health information in campaign parameters.

This site uses optional first-party page measurement only after you select “Allow page measurement.” It records public page paths, timestamps, a random browser-session ID, campaign parameters, referring hostname, and reflection-completion events. It does not record keystrokes, questionnaire answers, full referring URLs, or session replay. Your preference is saved in local storage; the session ID is held in session storage. Use Privacy settings in the footer to change your choice or stop future collection. Previously collected records are not removed by turning measurement off. The hosting service may process routine technical request data such as IP address, requested URL, and browser information to deliver and protect the site.

Contact requests and limited reflection summaries are stored in the site database for Joshua’s protected owner dashboard. We collect your name, email, interest, optional message, consent, and campaign information to respond to your request. A separate optional checkbox attaches your consented browser-session page history. No automated AI analysis, advertising targeting, mailing-list subscription, or CRM transfer occurs. Please keep health and trauma details out of contact messages.

Requests are retained for up to one year and page activity for up to 90 days; expired records are removed when the dashboard or inquiry service is used. Joshua can delete a request and its attached journey sooner. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact page and identify the email used for your request. We may need to verify your identity. Unlinked activity may not be identifiable to you. Short-lived hashed network identifiers support rate limiting; raw IP addresses are not stored in this application database.

Program forms collect email, optional first name, adult confirmation, program-specific email permission, optional newsletter permission, the source page, and campaign context. They do not collect your workbook entries or assessment answers. Records are saved for owner review, retained under the one-year request policy above, and are separate from paid enrollment. No automatic confirmation email or CRM transfer is currently configured. Joshua can follow up manually within the permissions you selected.

You can withdraw program and newsletter permission on the email preferences page. The confirmation page uses a necessary, secure, temporary cookie lasting 30 minutes to check a saved receipt. A direct visit without that receipt does not claim a submission. Workbook writing remains in the current page; refreshing or leaving clears it. Printouts are under your control.

ChatGPT and other AI tools helped develop the writing, illustrations, and website code from Joshua’s project direction. That production process is separate from using the live website. This version does not send your reflection answers to ChatGPT or another AI service. Its summary is calculated in your browser using fixed scoring rules, not an AI model.

If a future feature processes visitor information with AI, this page and the feature’s notice will be updated to identify what is sent, why, and what choices are available before that feature is introduced.

Research sources and Joshua’s main website have their own privacy practices. Only the approved Joshua T. Fleming and Local Digital Buzz destinations receive the campaign parameters described above. Clinical or research-source links do not receive your questionnaire responses.

This is an educational and coaching resource, not a medical intake service. We do not make a blanket promise that HIPAA applies—or that it cannot apply—to every future coaching arrangement. HHS explains that HIPAA’s rules apply to covered entities and business associates; applicability depends on the actual relationship and activity.

The questionnaire is for adults 18 and older. The general educational resources may be explored with a parent or caregiver. Privacy questions or requests concerning Joshua’s services can be made through JoshuaTFleming.com. Please do not send sensitive health information in an initial inquiry.
